Our CEO
Jorge Elorza serves as Chief Executive Officer of Education Reform Now Advocacy. A lifelong advocate for educational equity, Jorge brings to this role the experience of governing — having served as the 37th Mayor of Providence, Rhode Island, where he led one of the most ambitious public school transformation efforts in the city’s history.
As CEO, Jorge is focused on building the political will to advance bold education policy at every level of government. He believes that improving America’s schools is not a partisan issue — it is a civic obligation. Under his leadership, ERNA is working to ensure that every child, in every community, has access to the excellent education they deserve.
