Founded in 2020, Concord Public Opinion Partners is a project of ERNA.
We have developed a highly accurate and cost-effective approach to electoral and issue polling in state and local elections. Our analysis has been relied on in recent cycles for critical resource decisions in closely contested elections and advocacy campaigns in hundreds of races.
Between 2022 and 2024 we have conducted 188 pre-election polls. Most of the races we poll are low-salience, down-ballot races and nearly half (49%) had three or more candidates.
In 2024 alone we ran 74 primary election polls with a 91% accuracy rate and our analysis informed electoral investments at every level of government.
Track record of publicly releasing determinative results in high profile elections
We are proud to support a wide range of public officials and organizations with accurate, timely and insightful survey research. Our primary focus is the intersection of K-12 education issues and politics.

Margin of Error: As an organization we pride ourselves in being able to provide survey research in hard to reach areas. This typically means that our sample sizes in lower level elections are in the n=200-300 range. In higher state level election’s the goal is typically higher aiming for the n=400-500 range. Our survey results should be understood within the poll’s range of scores, and with a confidence interval of 95%. A poll will fall outside the range of scores 1 in 20 times.
Typical Sample Makeup: Registered voters who have voted in at least one election within x amount of years.
Weighting: Our data sets are typically weighted, but not limited to the following demographics: Gender (Female, Male, Other,) Age (18-24, 25-34, 35-49, 50-64, 65+,) Race (Asian Black, Hispanic, White, Other,) all based on TargetSmart voter files.
